THE HOUSE Moara is a four-bedroom, three-bath lake house made for groups who want real downtime and a little friendly competition. Vaulted ceilings, a linear fireplace against a microcement wall and a wall of windows onto the trees set the tone the moment you walk in. SLEEPING (all upstairs) • King suite with a private balcony into the trees and an ensuite walk-in shower • King bedroom, with a travel crib for little ones • Queen bedroom with morning light through the trees • Queen and bunk bed room that sleeps four, the family favourite • Loft with a work desk, a sofa bed for two and a foosball table The upstairs bathroom has a jetted tub and shower. Other Details to Note
Penn Estates is a private gated community. After you book, we ask in the booking messages for everyone's names, the age of anyone under 21, your address and mobile number, and each car's make, model, year, color, state and plate, at least five days before check-in, so the community office can put you on the gate list. The lakefront is unfenced with no lifeguard, and the lake follows community boating rules: life jackets for everyone, children under 16 with an adult. The community pool, beach and courts run on limited association passes we cannot guarantee. A few steps lead up to the front door; the bedrooms are upstairs and the main floor is on one level. Quiet hours 11 PM to 7 AM. No parties, events or smoking. Small dogs only (up to two, each under 25 lbs, $150 pet fee); pets are never allowed in bedrooms or on beds. Firewood is not included.

Penn Estates is a quiet, wooded lake community with a staffed gate, a short drive from East Stroudsburg's restaurants and shops, the Delaware Water Gap trails and waterfalls, and Camelback for skiing, tubing and the water parks. The supermarkets are outside the community, so stock up on your way in.
Guest Access
The whole house and the yard are yours. Every bedroom, the loft, the game room, the sauna, the deck, the fire pit and the driveway. Nothing is locked off and nothing is shared with anyone else. The house sits inside a private lake community with a staffed gate, and the community's own pool, lake and courts are run by the association on limited guest passes we cannot guarantee, so please do not plan your trip around them.
